Great journalists are yet to come.

Today is a blog day!
Good thing there is this THE GUIDON(Ateneo de Manila's official publication)and ANG PAMANTASAN(PLM's official publication)that provided me an idea on where to start again.

I unexpectedly heard a voice from the schools i often dream of. It's just like I see the people of Ateneo de Manila and PLM talk in front of me while reading the copy of newspaper I have in my hands, I guess it's because I'm in love with the idea that they are the best.
Yes I was amazed with how they practice the freedom to speak as young journalists. The determination of fighting for the name of their schools not only academically. And stating their wishes for a former school president(Tamayo) who has done so much for the betterment of the name of the school and the quality of education for the students.
I was awakened by the voices I've heard. The call of young journalist to free the country from judgement just because it holds the title, Most dangerous place for journalists. We Filipinos are not slaughterers but we do have records of gruesome killings and violence. Mindanao is a beautiful place and it not a place for hopes to be buried but atrocity happen there. We do deny the fact that injustices happen in our country because we are judge generally.
I also have the courage to expressed the feelings I have against those people responsible for preventing violence and to cry with the people hurt. I also have the faith to hope for a change in our society. Whether or not in the Philippines, You and I isn't safe. We can be killed. All we have to do is take courage to fight once and for all.
Long Live Journalists.

ORDER TAKER.

Sometimes we have to obey so called "orders" as it become legal
just because the people in-charge are authorized to do so.
It necessarily mean, we have to be required of attending a certain course
which no one knows how we've been enrolled.
I am talking about the adept class..
As an extra course, extra time, extra learning, extra burden, and extra expense.
As an extra course for a program I did not enroll, not in the curriculum
and not even in my expectations.
As an extra time that steals my reservation for rest hours.
As an extra learning, yes. learning for a purpose or learning for the purpose of what?
of complying to the said agreement between a company and my beloved UNIVERSITY.
As an extra burden to my being a busy student.
As an extra expense to their suggestions of an on-line class.
I want learning to take place.
I want to learn that this is for my betterment but I should not be forced.
I learned together with my classmates that they are superior and we have nothing to do but comply.

Si Villar ang tunay na mahirap..
Si Villar ang tunay na may malasakit..
Si Villar ang may kakayahan na gumawa ng sariling pangalan..
Si Manny Villar ang magtatapos ng ating kahirapan..

One of the most heard campaign song..

I sing with the children of this infommercial aired in most
TV stations. I can't help but ask myself about the different strategies
of the candidates of this coming 2010 elections.
I wonder how many Filipinos will be influenced by what they see
and what they hear while they know what and who they really want.
It is not just about Manny Villar but it is all about the candidates who spend
so much for their publicity. It is just so amazing to visit public places
and around you are their faces in tarpaulins, ride a public vehicle and go soundtrip
with their campaign songs, or just right at this moment surf the internet and find them again.

For the millions of peso they spend for their most unique political strategy,
how much is really for the benefit of our fellowmen?
Well, it has always been an issue where their campaign funds come from,
and it has been discovered but unresolved.
I mean, If the politicians candidacy is really for the service of the Filipinos
and if they are really after the satisfaction of seeing the youth and nation in progress,
why can't their funds from their own pockets for campaign be their funds for
whatever good intentions they plan for beloved Phillipines.
Why do we hear so much of them when they aspire and after which
they remain just as decorations?

Find me,Lead me.

"I won't believe unless i see"
I don't want hearsays, it bothers me.
It keeps me asking.
When did I know God is with me when i didn't even see?

It has always been a mystery of how
HE make people believe that HE exists..
Is it true that I am God-made
and that from dust I will return?
Is it also true that HE gave us life
and HE is the only one right to get back life?

I fear that what I believe is brought by my fear.

It may be unexplainable but it is when I'm lost
that i found an instant answer where I should be.
I hunger for HIS healing. I just know that
it comes out naturally from within me.

"I won't believe unless i see"
For whatever circumstance I had, I know I was saved because I listened.

Let me live.

The mother of the unborn child practices cowardice..

There may be hundred of reasons
why a mother choose to terminate the baby in her womb
but no reason will be valid in the eyes of the people of God..

No one ever knew how it feels to carry a shame throughout your life
just because you bore a child with no dad to call.
Not everyone will understand why a mother learns
not to let her child experience what it's like to see the world..
And so would i dare to try?
Yes, for a child found in the creek,
wrapped in a plastic bag or flushed in the toilet bowl.
I pity them because they weren't me
who could write about what she sees around,
who could freely live and fight for life.

They were voiceless and so they were not heard
but maybe if they were given the chance to talk,
they would say "let me live".

WHAT'S THE SCHEME?

The fate is unlike the water in the ground
that goes through a process until it is called CLOUD
and after some time in the atmosphere,
rain falls and the cloud will again be called water..

More often than not, fate is written on our palms,
rather it is the result of whatever our palms have worked for..

The fate is unlike the mentality of many of the people today.
Yes, the best will be tested but not all of them will fall
and the rest will find opportunities
but not all of them will succeed..

If life becomes a game of luck,
it is because you chose to play it..
There will be no game if there are no players..

And if there are people who believe in the "wheel of life",
that is theirs and i always don't have the right to question..

We go through a lot of happiness and a lot of pains,
downs and ups. And there will always be chances of staying down
or staying happy..
It is when you realize that you are not a wheel
to expect yourself down after your happiness.

Fate says you can make changes for sure,
there are limits and impossibilities
only when you keep yourself UNSATISFIED..

FORBIDDEN LOVE.

I don't belong to the lesbian and gay society
but the very reason i commiserate with people involved is that
because they are being punished for doing the right thing which is LOVING..

The love for country is referred to us as NATIONALISM
while love for things is now equated to the word HABIT..

A parent-child relationship is the typical FAMILY we all have
while a relationship with friend is called FRIENDSHIP..

The relationship with God is measured and referred to us as FAITH
while the love for someone in the opposite sex is nowadays our HAPPINESS..

And so what do we call the relationship of people from the same gender?

BIGOTS call it SIN..

God created only Adam and Eve..
and so it is rational to think that a man is for a woman
or the other way around, that is according to the law of God
but is it not also rational to think that people just really wanna be HAPPY
and for as long as they live without stepping on other people's dignity,
GAYS and LESBIANS deserve to live like any other human being..
